For Tech Support please have the following information available:
1. Your Name
2. Your Email Address (primary or secondary email if your primary is not working!)
3. Your Domain Name
4 .A detailed description of the problem you are having and what you have done to try to correct the problem.
Once we have received your tech support request, we will assign a "ticket number" to the request in case further communication is required. One of our technicans will check the problems noted and required repairs/changes will be made to the system. You will be notified when the issue has been resovled.
